How It Works
Every email carries a hidden record of the computers it passed through. Spammers can fake most of it, but not the part your own email company wrote.
- You copy the email's "original" text. Here is how. Please do not use the normal Forward button, because it erases the evidence.
- We find where it came from. We start from your email company's own record and work back to the computer that handed over the message.
- We look up who runs that computer, using the official internet registries, and find the company's abuse team.
- We remove your personal details, including your name and address, even where they are hidden in code.
- You read the report and approve it. Each company gets its own copy.
- We send it and keep track, and show you any answers.

Be honest with us about the rules. Please report within 2 days of getting the email, and only mail you never asked for. Read the Reporting Policy.
