Privacy Policy
Last updated November 1, 2026
We keep as little about you as we can, and we never show your name or email address to the companies you report spam to.
What we collect
- Your email address, to sign you in.
- The spam emails you submit, which may contain your name or address until we remove them.
- Your reports and the answers abuse teams send back.
- Payment records: the pack and amount. Stripe handles your card. We never see or store card numbers.
- Messages you send us through the contact form.
- Basic technical data, such as your IP address, briefly, to stop abuse of the service.
How we use it
- To trace spam and send the reports you approve.
- To sign you in, take payment, and answer your questions.
- To prevent false reports and fraud.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email.
What abuse teams see
They see the spam email with your name and addresses removed, the evidence of where it came from, and any notes you write. Please do not put personal details in your notes.
One limit you should know about: a spammer may hide a unique code inside a link or header that we cannot recognize. Please read the preview before you approve a report.
Who else handles your information
- Stripe, for payments.
- Our email and hosting providers, to run the service.
- Public registries (RDAP) and DNS services, which we ask about the sender's network. They receive network details, never your identity.
How long we keep it
The original spam email is encrypted and deleted after 90 days. If you paste an email on our home page without an account, we do not keep it unless you ask to send a report. It is then encrypted and deleted after 1 hour unless you sign in. Emails you forward to us are encrypted and deleted after 7 days unless you start a report from them. A normal forward is not stored, only its subject and sender. We keep report details, such as network addresses and dates, until you delete them or your account.
Your choices
In Preferences you can download your data or erase your account at any time. Depending on where you live, including California and the European Union, you may have further rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us and we will help. We do not knowingly serve children under 13.
