Refund Policy

If a credit pack is not right for you, ask us within 30 days and we will refund the credits you have not used.
How refunds work
- Bought credit packs can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
- If you used some credits, the refund is for the unused share of the pack.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
- The refunded credits are removed from your account.
Charged by mistake?
If you see a charge you do not recognize, or you were charged twice, contact us and we will fix it.
How to ask
Use our Contact Us page, choose "Billing", and tell us the email address on your account.
Suspended accounts may be refused a refund for credits if the suspension was for misuse, unless the law requires otherwise.
